The USD is stronger. As North American traders enter for the day, the JPY is the strongest followed by the USD as traders revisit the "safety flow trade". The NZD and AUD are the weakest. The GBP moved back to the downside after the GBPUSD had a reprieve off the low.

The latest from the New York Governor New York State numbers continue to skyrocket. That state alone has more cases than France. The 'good' news is that testing has surged to go along with the numbers. Tests were 16,739 yesterday alone. That compares to just over 60,000 total until yesterday.
