Purdue concedes defeat to Ossoff in Senate rates

Republican Senator David Purdue has conceded to Jon Ossoff. That means there won't be any kind of extended fight over the seat, something that could have potentially slowed down new legislation in congress. This isn't a surprise but it clears out a tail risk.
