Japan Ministry of Finance personnel reshuffle – yen intervention guy Kanda unmoved

<p>Japan's Finance Ministry's Vice Finance Minister for International Affairs Kanda. He is the guy who will instruct the BOJ to intervene, when he judges it necessary.
